The plot of Dead Space 3 is completely modeled on the exploits of Isaac Clarke and the troubled sergeant John Carver - the new protagonist -, who will also be present playing in single player but only in the cutscenes and in some scripted sequences, to support the story. Only then will you really be ready to embark on a new space journey in the mind and flesh of Isaac Clarke.
Take everything you think you know about Dead Space 3 and put it aside.
